RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Yes, we accept returns
By making your return within 7 days of delivery of the package, you can obtain an exchange for the same product or a credit from our store for your next purchase.
To receive a “return authorization” number, please send an email to pradoasociado@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN OR EXCHANGE” including the order number and your full name. We will be responding to the email with the steps to follow.

Important:

You must have prior authorization before sending us the return product.
Pieces Marked “Sale” or “Clearance” are final sale and do not apply to exchanges, returns or store credits.
The customer will be responsible for covering the handling and shipping costs of correctly processed orders.
Returns are accepted on items returned in the same way they were received. Unused and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES OR CLAIMS
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, please contact us via email at pradoasociado@gmail.com with the subject “DAMAGED GOODS” and explain the situation to us.
To report damage you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Damaged merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
