SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
– Shipping time varies according to the quantity and availability of the chosen items.
– Orders with non-personalized items are prepared within 24-48 business hours following the date of your purchase.
– Orders that include personalized pieces with names have an approximate waiting time between 1 and 4 weeks, this time varies depending on the model purchased.
When receiving a large volume of orders on special promotion days, your order may take additional business days to process an order.
– Items that are not in stock at the time the order is processed will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock. (Usually between 3 and 7 business days). Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
– Take into consideration that we cannot always guarantee the availability of our items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock or is delayed, we will notify you via email.
– We ship to the entire US and Puerto Rico.
– USPS is the courier company in charge of the delivery and transportation of all our orders.
– A confirmation email with shipping and tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
– We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs in this situation.

– Purchases under $55.00 – $6.99 FIRST CLASS SHIPPING
– Priority Shipping for any purchase $12.99
– First Class Package: Once the order is prepared, shipping time is 3-7 business days, if the order has been placed before 3 pm (EDT), and 3-8 continuous days if it is placed after 3 pm (EDT).
– Priority Mail Cubic: Once the order is prepared, shipping time is 2-3 business days, if the order has been placed before 3 pm (EDT), and 3-4 continuous days if it is placed after 3 pm (EDT). This shipment has $100 insurance.
