How can you place an order for Prado Jewelry & Accessories

The order is made online, selecting the products and adding them to the shopping cart. You must then complete the information requested in the order form and then pay the purchase amount. Once the entire order process is completed, you receive confirmation by email.


The order is completed and confirmation is not received, why is this?

It may be some spam filter that does not allow it through. You must add our email to the list of accepted addresses. Also make sure you have confirmed the order and made payment.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit and Debit Card, Bank Accounts, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay.

When placing the order on our website, the payment options we accept are specified.


Are shipping costs and TAX included?

TAX and transportation costs are detailed at the time of placing the order.


Can I return a Product?

What is the availability of the products?

All non-personalized products in our store are available unless otherwise specified.

If any product is out of stock at the time of placing the order, we will immediately contact you to inform you of the replacement time, propose another similar product or refund the corresponding amount.


How are products shipped?

All shipments are adequately protected and sent through USPS.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service notifying us of the cancellation of your order and the reason for cancellation, and we will do everything we can to help you.


What happens if a product arrives damaged or is not the correct one?

If this happens, a new product is shipped, as long as the product has not been used, altered or tampered with. Prado Jewelry & Accessories will bear the extra transportation costs caused by the replacement of the product.

You only need to contact us by email from here within a maximum period of no more than 1 business day from receipt of the product. It is enough to clearly tell us what the problem or reason for the return is.

We will not accept any return if we have not previously received notification and have agreed to the return.


Can you return a product if you are not satisfied for any reason?

Yes, as long as you have contacted us by email from here within a maximum period of no more than 7 working days from receiving the product, indicating the problem or reason for the return.

Once we have agreed to the return and received the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to the credit card or account used for the purchase. (The customer bears the return costs)


Do you replenish out-of-stock items?

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “temporarily out of stock” and we will try to restock it as soon as possible. On the product page, you can send us your email to be notified when it is available. If there is no stock available, it will be removed from the website.


Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers?

Yes. Simply subscribe to our Newsletter and you will receive information about the latest news and discounts.


Can I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

In any Newsletter you receive, you can unsubscribe by clicking on “I don’t want to receive more mail” or “Unsubscribe from this list”.


Can I know what status my order is in?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real-time. To do this, open the shipping confirmation email that we sent you when your order was shipped, and through the tracking number provided and the link that appears in the email, you will be able to track your order in real-time. Or go to the Track Order section and enter the order number and your email to find the status of your order.


Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not finished and paid for the order.
